- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff are demeaning, condescending, rude, self entitled females. Dr. Floyd is nice and takes time with his patients(though he is scared to think for himself it seems). The females up front are terrible. When asked to allow me to speak with the doctor himself I was told "No, this has nothing to do with him." Yes it does! If I call about a legitimate medical concerns and you tell me I'm not allowed after 5+ years of using only Dr. Floyd to speak with him, I find that disrespectful! They shouldn't be allowed to talk to patients in that manner. They don't "run" anything. They answer phones!!May 28, 2017by Helen Forrester
